Tracking Your Order
Many of our delivery services allow you to track your order, with email and/or text message updates.
Customers will receive an email and text message on the morning of delivery advising a 1 hour delivery ETA time. The email/text is usually sent by 11am once the delivery driver leaves the local depot.
The text message and email contains a link which takes you to a tracking page where you can rearrange the delivery to an alternative day, or request for the parcel to be left safe or with a neighbour.
The following morning after you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your parcel has reached your local collection point and it ready for collection. Should you wish to receive this confirmation as a text message instead, please contact customer services who can arrange this email@example.com (0208 6624010).
Trade Counter Collect
You will receive a confirmation email once placing your order. Your order will then be ready for collection within an hour.
