Restricted Key Enquiry Form

Welcome to the Duffells restricted key enquiry form.  

Duffells restricted keys are sold exclusively to locksmiths and security professionals to whom the key number is registered. These high security keys cannot be cut in normal key cutting or locksmith shops. 

If you are the locksmith or security professional to whom the key has been registered, you can request additional keys and locks via your normal ordering contact.

If your home or business is fitted with locks that have a reference starting with “PX”, “PP” or “150-152” and your key has the Duffells logo on it, then you can complete the form below.

By completing this form, you consent to us passing your contact details on to the owner of the key reference. We will request that they contact you to further discuss your requirements.

We regret that we do not own these keys and we are therefore unable to provide replacement locks or keys. These are only available from the owner of the key.  We are also unable to pass on their details, but we will immediately share your contact information with them.
