One major benefit of this approach is that the kit comes in a package so small that it becomes viable to hold stock of everything required to refurbish all popular locks from manufacturers found in the UK. By eliminating the need to identify and order a full length like for like replacement, the Refurb Kit system enables a lock to be removed, repaired, and recommissioned, quickly and all in a single visit without ever having to identify the exact model number, wait for a delivery or handle a parcel over 2 metres long. Simply select the refurb kit that suits the gearbox and locking point options from your van stock, fit the components to the old locks faceplate, and reinstate the lock safe in the knowledge all moving and locking components are brand new.

No waiting, no trimming, No roof racks, No catalogues! One visit when you are stocked with the Refurb Kit solution should mean a lock back in working order and a happy customer, without the need for a return visit. No more follow up visit cancelations or losing out to a competitor due to the cost or stock availability of full length mechanism!

Additional to the convenient advantages outlined above, the efficiency of the Refurb Kit solution has serious benefits for the environment. With a dramatic reduction in parcel size and eliminating the need for next day delivery on single like for like full length replacements, vehicle emissions per job and packaging per item are both significantly reduced. This makes the Refurb Kit system the most sustainable option for the replacement of a failed multipoint lock.
