Create a Returns Request

In the unfortunate event you have an issue with an item and need to return it, don't fret. Our website makes requesting returns a smooth and simple process.

If you want to create a returns request, here's what to do...

Step 1: In the 'Order History' tab of 'My Account' find the order you need to return.
Step 2: Tap 'Return' to the right of the order.
Step 3: Select the item and quantity you're sending back.
Step 4: Choose if you need a replacement or if you want credit on your account.
Step 5: Enter the item condition.

Step 6: Enter the reason for the return.
Step 7:There's space for supporting comments or feedback if you wish to add.
Step 8: Read the RMA agreement.
Step 9: Tap 'Submit.'
Step 10: A confirmation page will show, and we will begin processing the return. We will contact you with further instruction.
