How do you change the code on this digital door lock?
This lock requires the manual arrangement of individual metal tumblers at the rear of the lock. This process requires the lock to be removed from the door and the C button to be held down whilst the pins are re-arranged full instructions are provided.

Is this digital door lock suitable for use outside?
This lock is ideally suited to internal doors. It will however function externally and due to the stainless steel construction of its internal components, and the external coating, it will remain in great condition for longer than standard light duty products, although its finish may be affected over time.

This product works with a range of tubular mortice latches or mortice locks that use a square spindle follower. No locking device is provided with this digital lock as this version is designed to allow the user to select a lock case of their choice separately.
