Request a Statement of Account

We've now made it as simple as possible for you to get a statement of account whenever you need.

If you want to request a statement of account, here's what to do...

Step 1: Start by tapping the 'My Account' tab.
Step 2: In the dropdown, tap 'Account Dashboard.'
Step 3: Tap 'Request Statement of Account' in the menu.

Step 4: Tap the 'Request Statement' button on the page.
Step 5: A notification confirms that your request is sent.
Step 6: Our Accounts Department will be processing the request and will be in contact.
