Lockey 2230 Digital Lock For Use With Panic Hardware or Nightlatches


The Lockey 2230NL front digital lock plate is for use with panic hardware or nightlatches.
This low-duty lockplate is operated via a code from outside and panic hardware or a nightlatch from inside.
Panic hardware use is only when used with adaptor piece for the cylinder tail
Front keypad only - no latch or inside panel supplied. This faceplate has 14 buttons and is able to have codes of 4-6 digits (non-sequential) making over 2000 possible combinations.
Being reversible this digital lock plate is able to be fit onto either the left or right side, on doors between 35-55mm thick. Includes a protective clutch mechanism for addition security.

How do you change the code on this digital door lock?
This lock requires the manual arrangement of individual metal tumblers at the rear of the lock. This process requires the lock to be removed from the door and the C button to be held down whilst the pins are re-arranged full instructions are provided.

Is this digital door lock suitable for use outside?
Yes, due to the stainless steel internal components and good quality hard wearing finish is suitable for internal and external use. Please note that when used externally it is preferred for the unit to be sheltered from direct exposure where possible as with all metal products with so many moving parts, the lock will suffer corrosion over time and use in harsh environments will accelerate wear
What locking device does this digital door lock work with?
This digital lock is designed to work with panic hardware as a digital outside access device. No locking device is therefore included. It is suitable for use with a range of exit door hardware. Please call us for further advice
