How can I get log-in and password details?

Once you have downloaded the app from the Google play store or Apple app store, open the app and the log-in screen will appear. Here you’ll see the option “Not a member? Sign up” tap this link, fill out the form and tap the “Next” button, then select your preferences and tap the “Finish" button. This will send your information to us.
We will subsequently send you an invite email which will contain your log-in and password details (please check your spam folders if you do not receive in your inbox). If you do not receive this email after 24 hours, please contact us on 020 8662 4010 for assistance.

If you do not currently have a Duffells account and submit the form; we will run our usual checks to confirm that you are working in the trade prior to setting up your Duffells account and log-in credentials. Once qualified and set up, we will email you your invite email. When you log-in, remember to tap the “Remember me” checkbox to keep your log-in details stored.

How do I set up additional users?

If you are the administrator user of the account (The 1st one to be using the app in your business) then you can set up additional users for your business to place orders using the Duffells app. On the home screen, select “My Setup”. Then select “Additional Users”. Enter the email address, first name and last name of the person you wish to invite and then tap the “Invite” button. This will send your request to us and we will subsequently send an invite email containing the user's log-in and password details within 24 hours of receipt.

Someone else in my company also has the app, can we see the same basket?

To achieve this you do not want to set up additional users. Additional users will give each user their own individual basket. To share your basket, simply share your original log-in details with whoever you want to see your basket. Everyone can log-in at the same time and add to the same basket. To see an up to date view of the basket, simply close the app or log out then log back in again.

How do I reset my password?

If you are logged out and can’t remember your password, tap the “Forgot your Password?” option on the log-in page. A pop-up will appear asking if you want to proceed. Select yes. A confirmation pop-up will appear stating “Password has been reset. You will receive an email shortly with your new password”. Check your email inbox. You will have been sent an email containing your new password. Enter this password in the log-in screen of the app and tap “Login to Duffells” Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email in your inbox. I can't log-in, how can I retrieve my log-in information?

If you can’t remember your username or password; please call us on 020 8662 4010 for assistance.

I haven't received an order confirmation, can I get one?

Please remember to check your spam folder first if you have not received your order confirmation to your inbox. Please be aware that order confirmations will only be emailed to the administrator user on your account. If you are not the administrator user’ please contact them to see if they have received your order confirmation. If the administrator for your account has not received the order confirmation email; please call us on 020 8662 4010 for assistance.

I tried to email myself a previous invoice, why didn't I receive it?

Previous order invoices are sent to the administrator email address only. This is the main email address for which the app is set up for your account. If you are not the admin user for the account, you will not receive these emails. If you are the administrator user for your account and have not received the invoice email; please contact us on 020 8662 4010 for further assistance.

How can I change the admin user for my account?

To change over the administrator user for your account, first we must receive in writing from the current administrator user that they agree to change the status of administrator over to the desired administrator user email. Please email us this statement filling in the [] with the relevant information.

“I the administrator [Administrator email address] of account number [Duffells account number] agree to grant [new administrator email address] the right to be the new administrator user for the Duffells mobile app.”
