Maco MK1 Series Multipoint Door Lock Gearboxes

Maco MK1

The original MK 1 gearbox Featured a latch only. It was later reproduced by Maco to retrofit the original gearboxes (Right-hand image) but both are now discontinued.

  • Solid latch
  • Lift lever function
  • Produced in 25, 28, 35 and 45mm backsets

Replacement

Use a full-length latch-only multipoint lock. The lock case is the same height but the latch is lower down so the keep will need to be repositioned.
